For women navigating change and craving clarity.
Helping women reconnect with their bodies through intentional, practical and spiritual practices.
There are moments in a woman’s life when her body changes faster than her sense of self can keep up.
Fertility journeys, pregnancy, the postpartum season and menopause each bring profound physical, emotional and energetic shifts. In the midst of family life, responsibility and constant giving, it’s easy to feel disconnected from your body and unsure how to move forward - despite knowing there’s more clarity, ease and alignment available to you.
My work exists at the meeting point of practical support and spiritual connection.
This isn’t about fixing yourself or pushing through.
It’s about reconnecting to your body’s wisdom and allowing transformation to be something you embody, not something you strive for.
Whether you are preparing your body for conception, navigating the intensity of motherhood, healing after birth, or moving through the transitions of menopause, this work meets you where you are. Together, we focus on clarity that feels lived-in, joy that feels sustainable, and purpose that grows naturally from within.
You’re not behind.
You’re not broken.
You’re unfolding exactly as you’re meant to.
Hi, I’m Chantelle.

A thought from me to you..
A lichen is not one organism, but many - algae, fungi, bacteria - living in quiet cooperation. No single part survives alone. Together, they create something resilient enough to grow on bare rock, to endure extremes, to thrive where nothing else can.
Human life, by contrast, is often lived as though we must do it alone.
We are taught to separate mind from body, strength from softness, self from support. We push through transitions - fertility, birth, motherhood, menopause - as if independence were the goal, rather than connection.
Lichen reminds us that life is not sustained by dominance or isolation, but by relationship. By listening. By allowing different parts to coexist and support one another.
Where lichen survives through symbiosis, humans often suffer through disconnection - until we remember that wholeness comes not from doing more, but from allowing ourselves to live in harmony within and with others.
In remembering this, we don’t become something new.
We return to what we were always meant to be.

A few things you might like to know about me…
You may have already guessed - I’m not a big fan of social media.
It’s not that I don’t believe what I have to share is important. In fact, it’s quite the opposite. What I offer feels meaningful to me, and because of that, I feel protective of how I share it.
The idea of constantly posting, especially putting my face out there, can feel overwhelming. I tend to prefer a more under-the-radar approach - something quieter and more grounded, which feels more true to who I am.
For me, it’s about sharing in a way that feels genuine, rather than getting caught up in the noise.
I practised yoga for 17 years before becoming a teacher.
My journey with yoga has always been an exchange - a balance of giving and receiving. The more I committed to my practice, the more I gained from it, both on and off the mat. Over time, it became so much more than physical movement; it supported my body, grounded my mind, and nourished my soul.
I can honestly say, hand on heart, that yoga has been a true gift in my life.
Teaching came later, naturally evolving from my own experience. There reached a point where I felt a strong desire to share what yoga had given me - to offer that same sense of connection, strength, and peace to others.
I love really good coffee
It’s something I genuinely appreciate - especially having a bean-to-cup machine at home. That first cup in the morning is a small ritual I truly look forward to.
There’s a real sense of gratitude in those first few sips. It’s simple, but it feels like a moment to pause, enjoy, and ease into the day.
I prefer woodland walks to beach walks
Don’t get me wrong - I love walking along the beach. But there’s something about wandering through woodland that draws me in much more deeply. Each path feels alive, as if every turn offers a new scene, a new detail to notice, something unexpected to catch your eye.
In the woods, there’s a sense of mystery that I don’t feel anywhere else. It feels ancient, almost timeless, like stepping into a place that has existed long before me. There’s a quiet connection there - something that makes me feel closer to the past, as though it’s the kind of place my ancestors once walked and understood.
For me, woodland walks aren’t just walks - they’re an experience.
